CRIS Cancer Foundation Contributes to a Promising Advance in Head and Neck Cancer
The international OrigAMI-4 clinical trial has shown encouraging results with amivantamab in patients with recurrent or metastatic head and neck cancer whose disease had progressed after standard treatment.
The treatment reduced tumours in 42% of patients, while 15% achieved a complete response, with no detectable disease on imaging scans.

The independent international charity, headquartered in the United Kingdom, Spain and France, is celebrating its 15th anniversary as one of Europe's leading civil society funders of cancer research within the public healthcare sector.
CRIS Cancer is driving the development of pioneering projects in immunotherapy, paediatric cancer and cancer prevention. In the United Kingdom, its flagship initiatives include the LungVax project at the University of Oxford and the Centre for Immunotherapy of Cancer (CIC) at the Institute of Cancer Research in London.
